Membership Qualifications

CREW Sask membership is multidisciplinary and diverse.  In fact, we offer a variety of membership levels to ensure we maintain our broad spectrum of commercial real estate professionals.  We welcome all industry leaders who meet the following requirements:

  • Experience: The individual must have at least two years of experience in the commercial real estate industry
  • Employment: The individual must be currently employed in a full-time professional position in one or more of CREW Network's qualified fields of commercial real estate (QFCRE).

 

Membership Levels

Full Member:  An individual who has a minimum of five (5) years' experience in a qualified field of commercial real estate and who is employed full time in a professional position, the primary responsibilities of which are in the qualified field of commercial real estate.  Full members have voting privileges, can chair a committee, and may serve on the Board of Directors.

Affiliate (Supplier/Vendor) Member: An individual who does not qualify for Full Member status, but is employed full time in a business that provides a service or product which relate to, benefit or support commercial real estate.  Affiliate members can attend all “members only” events but cannot vote, chair committees, or serve on the Board of Directors.

Candidate Member: An individual with less than five (5) years’ experience in a commercial real estate field, is currently involved in a substantially full-time professional position the primary responsibilities of which are in one or more qualified fields of commercial real estate.  Candidate members can attend all “members only” events but cannot vote, chair committees, or serve on the Board of Directors.

Civic Member: An individual who is currently involved in local or regional government, other public agencies, universities or other educational institutions or not-for-profit organizations.  Civic members can attend all “members only” events but cannot vote, chair committees, or serve on the Board of Directors.

Retired Member: an individual who was previously a Full Member but is no longer working full time.  Retired members can attend all “members only” events but cannot vote, chair committees, or serve on the Board of Directors.

Student Member: an individual who is currently enrolled within a post-secondary qualified field of commercial real estate.  Student members can attend all “members only” events but cannot vote, chair committees, or serve on the Board of Directors.

Membership Dues

CREW Sask membership dues are based on calendar year terms. All memberships expire on December 31 and are non-transferable or non-refundable.  The amount of the annual dues vary for the membership category and are detailed within the membership application form.

 

New members registering after October 1 may receive the remainder of the calendar year free when paying for the following full year membership.
